Between 14:30–16:10 UTC, wallet card updates were delayed by up to 8 minutes due to a queue backlog. All updates were processed and normal service resumed at 16:10 UTC.

Push notification delivery delays

Push notifications via Firebase experienced latency spikes averaging 4–6 minutes. Root cause was traced to a misconfigured worker pool. Fixed and deployed at 09:45 UTC.
